Radspakr : (18 May 2013 - 08:31 AM) It would be interesting to see how much LPs add to sales because I honestly doubt it's that much, the thing is the whole getting money from LP videos is a bit weird because of the youtube policies I was given the option to monetise my videos but not sure if I can because my videos contain content from someone else LPs would be in the same category. A large reason LPs are still around is because those companies decided that it was a good thing for them. A good compromise would be the same way youtube dealt with the record companies having links to buy the product
Radspakr : (18 May 2013 - 08:33 AM) and we might not be talking a 100% of profit simply because the companies wouldn't be entitled to it, LPs are largely considered to be commentary which are generally covered by fair use
