When Hostile and I were in the community summit, we've done one of the longest interviews with the devs (Jason Bender and Amir Ajami), from all attendees with about 8:41 minutes of pure C&C.

Unlike Hostile, my native language isn't english and I was very, very nervous during the interview (the first one in my life), specially in the tiberium question and Hostile's cell phone ringed in the middle of that question... but dispite these details, we are bringing here a kick ass interview covering the following things:

-> Aliens gameplay/tactics
-> Tiberium in C&C3 vs Tiberium on old C&C games
-> Tech Buildings
-> World Builder changes
-> W3X vs W3D (they couldn't answer this one properly)
-> Modding SDK Tools

There are a lot of cool info, specially about World Builder. Bender speaks a bit fast, so I'd recommend the non-english native speakers to lower the pitch a bit. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy it and learn cool things from it.

Didn't go too bad, besides my initial throat clearing and my cell phone ringing. I'd say it's a really informative podcast. There is alot of good info in that podcast.

I wish I could have been the one to post it, but I worked 13 hours today. I'm glad it was posted. I've not gotten the link to work though. It's 7 mg, but it doesn't ever seem to load.

It anyone else having an issue d/l the podact. I simply had to go and d/l direct from the server. Maybe it should be zipped? Would that help?

Hostile, have you tried to right click and go to Save Target As... or whatever similar option on IE, Opera or your browser?

Man, awesome thing... I wish I was there... how I envy you two :p
The podcast definitely contained more info than EA's monthly fanboy stuff and was more to the point. Only thing I wonder is how "soon" after the game they will release the SDK...

And BTW... what a lame ring tone :)

lol, I like it tbh. It's simple and does the job. Much better than a lot of junk ones I hear in the bus or train. But back on topic..

I also wonder how soon it'll be, but until then I'll amuse myself with playing the campaigns etc.

I envy them a bit too, I've been doing that from the day that they were in LA :p.

I didn't really pay much attention, but the things I did listen to, sounded good to me... Sounded stupid with the question about w3d and w3x files thought :p
And Hostile.... I always thought you were like Paul Jr in American Choppers :p

Excellent and interesting interview! Certainly got me just that much more interested in a game that I probably never would have considered buying, if not for CnC3.net. From a technical standpoint, kudos on the excellent audio quality and professional speaking voices (yes, even you Banshee. Nicely done :p ).

Stop with the personal stuff, there was great info from the cast. Any thoughts on the actual cast itself and it's contant? What about the things they told us in the cast? Isn't that the most importart part people?

Did anyone even care to listen and share with us what they think and believe from the podcast? Aren't there thoughts from the podcast that fire a neuron here or there?

This is an exclusive podcast from cnc3.net (Revora) EA allowed Banhsee and I to give this to you. We never had this kind of coverage before?

There is great info there, and there is more to come.

Some interesting stuff there.. and Banshee, dont talk about yourself that harsh.. only problem was you spoke a bit to silently but other than that you did great (I do radio, i know how it feels)

Hostile 1) you sound like Tom Hanks 2) Did you know not turning off your phone is very improfessional :)

Very informative. Nothing too new, but it gives us a better sense of the game.

I really want to get my hands on this game. :)
However, given that SupCom is out first and more inovative, I'm likely to spend a good deal of time with that and it might be a while before I actually get this game.
SupCom beta replays have already given me Hit-Head-on-Ceiling Syndrome. ;)

Ah so they've started work on the SDK, good, lets hope 'soon' is sooner than what the Petroglyph/LucasArts team call soon...
I wonder what we can do with the tech buildings, had almost forgot that you have a limited build space.. Hmm..

Might have Hostile do some voice acting for Only War 2 :)

Well good Podcast, thumbs up.

Dude, I'd love to voice overs. I can capture many character voices. So count me in for that part of your mod. You just give me a list of tings to say and I'll give you at least 2-3 versions of each in wav format for you to choose from.

Why wife also did some for me, she speaks russian and does a great strong russian accented female voice. :)

Wow, that's just cool. Its great to see some actual coverage done by you guys stead of reporting internet-found info!

I didn't even expect EA to pay that much attention to community sites like us...?

Lurking moar since 2004 2003!
