The



Maybe for the NVA/VC-
Guerilla training- soldiers built as lv1 veterans
an upgrade could be to upgrade their basic riflemen to look like townsfolk
ammo belt upgrade to give them longer rates of fire
AP Bullets upgrade for 15-25 % more damage
AP Rockets upgrade for 15-25% more damage
Sneak attack upgrade- camoflauge units for a short time for surprise attacks
Propaganda upgrade- gives reg soldiers ability to recrute townsfolk to fight for you

USA-
Elite Training- soldiers built as lv1 veterans
Airforce training- aircraft built as lv1 veterans
Tank Training- Tanks built as lv1 veterans
Tank upgrade- Tanks come with mounted machine guns
Recruitment upgrade- reg soldiers given ability to recruit townsfolk


Also, can there be a patrol option like in red alert?

Don't all tanks have mounted machine guns? Most of these are good ideas but the only one i don't like is the upgrade of the NVA's riflemen to look like townsfolk because the NVA's basic infantry in real life had uniforms and did not look like townsfolk (that was the VC's job)

The



Engine modifications upgrade- vehicals become faster

Body Armor upgrade- soldiers get increased health, but slower speed.

Care Package drop- C-130 drops letters from familes giving affected soldiers increased firepower for a short time

Scope upgrade- snipers recieve increased range

Mechanic Training- mechanic repairs stuff faster

And is it possible to sneak up behind a NVA ZPU4 AA mobile anti-air platform or D30 towable artillery, kill any soldiers guarding it, and then tow it back to your base with your own mutts?

Hey man, it's all right. My one friend took a hour trying to get it work.By the way, those look like good ideas, but the one i'm concered about is the one about is the killing the soilders in the arttillery and AA. Cause i don't think that is possible.

it should be possilbe using something similar to the stinger sites.

becuase the howitzer or d30 artillery or zpu4 require men to operate them. you kill all the men maining them, you should be able to tow them away and use them yourself.

the USA is pretty much locked in for ideas we have that we are implimenting, there wont be many last minute additions.

but the NVA is still open to suggestions, we even have some room to add generals powers. everyone, feel free to add your thoughts and suggestions.

How about the Viet Cong get a salvage skill for the infantry units where they get better equipped when they get the salvage crates from fallen US infantry units?

How about the NVA Soldier gets a stolen Phosphorus grenade upgrade similar to the flash bang upgrade in generals but obviously it works on enemy soldiers out of buildings? They only get one and could cost about $300.

What about for the one of two of the maps you have a speical sound effect that sounds like live radio (like the movie Good Morning Vietnam) and it would cancel out music in the radio's range like when you're right next to where it is. And it could be like a moral booster sort-of thingy.

If it would be possible to code it, I think it would be cool to let the vc infantry cross rivers or water by themselves. I mean, they are from the countryside, they know the land and how to wotk with it. plus, it would add to the low tech, high stealth and mobility of their side

some infantry units will be able to swim, such as the green beret. there was talk about letting all the regular VC soldiers have the ability to swim, since they wouldn't have access to amphibious assult vehicles. but we'll see.

and its possible to have the "ambiant" sound effects, so we could have radio station play when you move close to a radio tower. but i dont think we'd be able to stop the music that goes as you play the game, unless the radio station channel was part of the soundtrack, but then you'd have to listen to it no matter what when its turn in the playlist comes up.

well, being able to sit back in the water and fire weapons would be WAY unbalanced. But I still think regular vc infantry, not nva regulars but local vc gurillas, should be able to swim across rivers and stuff. but not while being able to fire of course.
