*BUMP*

It appears this topic got buried a day after I posted it, and even though it got a mention in the news (thanks for that) I want to keep this beta under attention for a while.

Those who played it, what did you think?

Tried out the haradrim faction and must say, this mod is quite good. :thumbsupdrool:

Though it is quite odd when some haradrim units say stuff like "Gondor will not fall" :tongevil:

this mod has been in the making for a long time i believe, and so i don't think that you need ROTWK

No, just B4MEII updated with latest patch.

And yes, we tried many times to get voice actors for the Haradrim but got zero responses. So, they will have odd voicing for a while.

It had/has good potential, but it does have many bugs which stopped me enjoying it more. I personally don't mind things like missing audio/art (as I know from experience how hard/time consuming these can be to obtain), but there seemed to be a lot of missing tooltips. I hope you decide to continue it though, as like I said it has great potential.

Playing games? Ah, you'll never be a good modder if you get involved in actually playing them!

Just so you know the ring power "harad blinding sun" only affects the haradrim forces, not the enemy's.
Very hazardous when marching your army to battle (makes your units wriggle on the ground while your enemy attacks) :tongevil: ! In other words don't use it.

Sorry, just had to post that. :thumbsupdrool:

lol, does it do that? I didn't know that yet, thanks for informing us. :thumbsupdrool:

Must be one of the funnier bugs we've encountered.

i enjoyed seeing all the new art and buildings, perticuly the walls and fortress. but as said, there are alot of easy to fix bugs. But you said it was raw, which is why i said nothing before :tongevil: . but it cerainly shows a great deal of potential :thumbsupdrool:

Could you guys (when you have that time) compile a list of bugs you've found? Just post them here if you want.

ok well here are the ones i can remember.

harad Chariot has no command set and experience levels
harad gate open animation does not work, so the gate stays shut, but units can go through it
none of the harad buildings have levels
i think it was the bowmen harad hero (i forget his name) does not have levels
chariots have that glowing thing

they are the ones i can remember without playing again. If i play again ill report some more.
