Ok, I have decided to try my hand at voxeling:

Realism is so overrated it isn't even funny. You already know what happens in reality, how is that entertaining...?

This is your first voxel?

Well, this is very good I must say. If you could make it just a big biger, to reflect it's power better and maybe darken the colours a bit.

Ok, i've darkened all the colours by 1, and made it a bit bigger:

Posted Image

:ninja: I personally like it before the re-colour and resize

The rails look a mess, I'd just give them a simple gradient. I'd also darken the bottom row of the sides, to better contrast with the wheels. Turret overall looks wide, but thats more the concepts fault, its quite a good voxel, especially as a first try.

Your first vxl or Mevitar's? Does look very similar, especially the body. But it is a very nice vxl anyway and I liked the first version better.

Which one is Mevitar's? :p

The only voxels I used in making this tank was the prism tank tracks, and the turret of the rhino tank

@Jeeves: The rails are one gradient, it's the nasty normals that cause the blurry look

Mevitars:

I guess they do look alike in a way :p , but if you think it looks like Mevitar's then I guess it's a compliment! ;)

Chassis looks a little similar, but they're obviously not the same tank. Maybe he based his off the prism tank too?
Being a total douche.

It's too small and too flat. If you look at the concept, it's more round and has more detail.

But again, good job so far.

Ok, I've taken MadHQ's advice and added grey lines along some of the edges, and taken Gosho's advice and increased its size and it looks much better :D dunno about the flatness though, the concept looks pretty flat to me! ^_^

Posted Image

I'll post the downloads as soon as I fix up a few things on the Tesla Mammoths, but right now i'm working on
a big voxel project of my own :p and as soon it's done I'll post it here along with the downloads! :p

Well, it would look a bit better that way.

BTW, will you make the HVA so that those guns spin?

If AG likes it, it must be good ;) Or he's been at the mezcal :)
As far as I can see, it only really needs new normals to neaten the detail and define the shape.
As for the HVA, and animation on the body plays when moving, it has to be the turret to play when firing. And I don't recomend a turret unless you lift it a bit

Ok, here are the downloads! :)

Attached File  aptnk.zip   70.36KB   91 downloads

Attached File  tmamV1_V2.zip   45.79KB   86 downloads

The normals have been slightly edited on the Anti-Personnel Tank

Posted Image

As of now there is no turret, due to the restrictions of the game to allow both the missile launcher and the chainguns to fire out of the correct place!

Enjoy!

EDIT: These voxels are avaliable to all members of the public, except Red Eye ;) Have fun!
