Nazgûls/The Black Riders

The Black rider and the Nazgul are now combined, so you can recruit 3 Nazguls
who can mount a horse, but at Rank 5 they gain the ability to mount a fellbeast
Rank 1: Mount
Mounts a horse
Rank 2: Dread Visage
Rank 5: Mount Fellbeast
Mounts a fellbeast
Rank 6: Morgul Blade
Rank 10: Screech

Personally, I think it's critical to be able to recruit 9 nazgul, as a group unit preferrably, but individual if it can't be done. But whatever you think is best. Otherwise it sounds good.
