Yeah, just that... Should I get it for my PS3 or my PC?
Does anyone know if there's any major differences between those versions? Graphics maybe? Resolution? Frame Rate? Lag? Or audio perhaps?... I can't find ANY info on that anywhere? shiftee.gif

EDIT:I know the game sucks, I just wanna try it out... and I wanna make sure I get the best version for that =p

Do you have a good PC? If not you should have the game for PS3. But this is only my suggestion

The graphics depend on whether your PC is stronger than a PS3.
You must also like playing with a keyboard, or use a gamepad.

Personally I prefer PS3 because it's connected to the TV, in a more comfortable and atmospherical room.

Yeah, my PC is pretty ok...

AMD Athlon64, 2Ghz
2 Gb RAM
GeForce 7900GTX, 512 Mb

But somehow I imagine the PS3 version to be stronger visually?

The DLC won't be on the PC. So RENT it for the PS3.

Buy the PC version. It is cheaper than the PS3 version (I think lol).

Edit: do you want to exchange your GeForce 7900GTX, 512 Mb for my ATI RADEON 9200 SE, 128 MB? Loool

If it were me, I'd go with PS3. Simply because I perfer a controller and the PS3 will have downloadable content, while the PC will not. If there was modding I'd get the PC, but there's not, so.....

Yeah, I know it's not moddable, and that S.U.C.K.S. Well, I got the PC version anyways... for two reasons:

1) It's cheaper. 499 SEK (Swedish crowns) instead of 699 SEK
(about 20 dollars diff)

2) I can install it on both my systems

3) If it would ever BECOME moddable, I've got it ready

4) If it would impress me enough, I can always grab the PS3 version later, but I seriously doubt it, lol tongue.gif

Thanks for the input

Oh lord... dry.gif
So far I've found, on my PC version of Conquest:

- Audio is corrupt!
My system is helthy and pretty fast. Still all the major audio files, like the narrating between each mission, gets stuck and repeats itself like a broken record. It starts at the Pandemic logo, and keeps going through out all the 4 hours of playtesting last night. thumbsdownsmiley.gif

- AI is lousy!
This is not really a bug, but rather poor coding, but anyways... My "team mates" kept leaping of the Bridge of Khazad-dūm while I was just standing there looking at them... lol. And this was after the little Balrog (half of the size it should be) was slain.

Oh boy. I guess i'll stick to games that are at least 2 years old and have had ample time for patches and pricing-levellers to arrive so that even a pile of crap has some return value. tongue.gif

I always go with english, and the problem is indeed there. Today as well. So it didn't help to let the system rest. Now, after Osgiliath mission (boy this game is easy, just hack n slash and that's it) the game freezed and crashed. LOL... why does the lovely franschise of Lord of the Rings HAVE to be cursed with such LOUSY games.

The only strenght, is the models and the graphics in general. I think they're absolutely gorgeous, and I wish we could steal the models for BFME tongue.gif But the gameplay, the balance, the stability... holy hell - what a joke.

Yeah you have a point... It's kinda like "Why do dogs lick their ding dongs... Cause they can" =p

BFME could have been great... BFME2 could have been great... Conquest could have been... and LotR Online... and... yeah...

Well, out of those four LotRO actually was great. Or that's what I heard anyway tongue.gif. Conquest on the other hand is crap.

Yes....it is...

It is very cool! Elf, Man, Dwarf or Hobbit, doesn't matter! Burglar or Hunter, Lore-master or Champion, doesn't matter! Yeoman or Scholar, doesn't matter!

Angmar or the Shire, well, that matters.
