The dwarven faction is almost done. I'll start soon with the new faction, the elves, so perhaps the next update is about something for them.

However, I've been adding the last features to the dwarves, adding new maps and optimizing WOTR mode. I have recorded a movie showing a bit how they are and I have taken some shots ingame. Here they go:

I agree with Jeth Calark. A beta version 2 would be great right about now. The updates look awesome. And could you tell me if you fixed the glitches from the first beta that i had pointed out in the comments section.
(It is the unfortunately and accidently long comment at or near the top. The VERY long comment)

Oh by the way, is the mine cart thing the dwarves' idea for a wall, or is that something else?

Hey Morgoth, are the elves going to be broken up into seperate factions? Since this mod is just taking place in the First Age, the elves could be broken up into 3 (4 might be pushing it) factions. Also are you the same morgoth that is on the wars of arda forums? If so you have already seen the ideas the Ithilienranger, myself, and Elendien (I just masacar the spelling of that) have come up with. Anyone working on the first age may use any and all ideas of mine that I have come up with. It is such a rare sight that I am happy to help in anyway I can (which is mainly ideas seeing as I can't code).

MS! Haven't seen you around lately... but yeah, Morgoth, you're welcome to all of my hero templates. They're scattered rather disparately throughout the whole topic, so you might have to do some digging to find the ones you want, but hey, you might find something you like.

Yeah that's true. Mike also told me about that. Perhaps 3 factions are a lot of work, but I'm sincerely thinking about splitting the elves in two factions, Noldor and Sindar.

By the way, just wanted to tell you that I'll be out for a week. I'm going to Barcelona and Italy and I won't be able to mod anything since I come back. I'll show you some new stuff as soon as I finish an elven building by that time .
