One can interpret them as them paying no mind as they don't care what's happening around them: they just wanna give you a big, maggoty hug!

Rotten Transport (Diseased/Moldy Rhino)
Notes:
Rhinos are the standard armored transport vehicles of the empirical space marines and have not changed in millennia. In the hands of chaos marines however they will be defaced and corrupted in the name of their dark patron gods and sometimes even possessed or warped by demons. In this case the worshipers of the chaos god Nurgle, master of rot and decay have turned this vehicle into a driving carriage of deadly plague and pestilence as well as their own ever-rotting Warriors.

Notes
: Death Guard Warp Speeders are vile, quick, and deadly hulks of flesh and metal. A carrier of disease, this vehicle hosts a swarm of carnivorous botflies deep inside the engines that eagerly seek prey. Death Guard warp speeder pilots are highly skilled often following or even leading swarms of botflies, matching the warp tainted creatures ‘speed and movability. Even without the flies the speeder itself is a deadly carrier of contagions, spreading disease into the air of which it travels! Sound strong, courageous, and proud. However, Plague Marines also sound sick, wheezy, flemmy, or harsh. Remember their sickness makes them feel as if their invincible.

BUILDINGS

NB: building animations are of the ground turning into churning/boiling dirt and the building emerging from the ground, as if they had been buried or submerged in the dirt there

Infection Point (Point of Infection?)
Should look like a modest earthen imperial building. half ruined, moldy and rotten. When a unit is being built, the ground in and around the building becomes restless, as if tunneling insects are going nuts right below the surface, shifting the ground and making bumps that settle back when they pass.
Selection1: dripping slime, sewer like

Temple of Disease
Like a small Imperial chapel, but rotten, it’s stained glass windows broken and the shards dripping with mold. Marks of nurgle seem to be growing out of various parts of the building, eg from the stone, from the tiles, and/or from the cobblestones. The upper torso of its former abbot, still wearing his mitre, is mounting on a stick on the steeple. The abbot’s eyes shine forth with rays of green light and he thrashes around when a unit is being built
Selection1: sound of cult leper saying “another sacrifice!” while other cult lepers are more softly chanting in the background

Poisoned point (Poisoned Marker?)
Like a stone marker, covered with mold and rot. it seems to grow almost organically, stone and mold, with upgrade
Selection1: sound of metal grating on stone, like a the flat of a blade running across it

Scourge Generator
Should look like a rotting beehive, the size of a giant African termite mound

Greater Scourge Generator (Scourge Incubator?)
Selection1: Louder swarm of buzzing flies

Gift Repository
A metal, close topped, grain silo, slightly tipped to one side. Covered with rust and mold. Green light shines from within through cracks when researching
Selection1: Nurglings chittering and laughing as sounds of bones painfully growing and distending. banging on metal in the background as if someone is trying to get out

Bane Pit
Should look like a pit/crater filled with broken metal girders and rusted scrap, some of which are growing demonic features, eg rotting horns or teeth. Somewhere have one round eye, with vertical pupil slit and white sclera, growing out the side of a larger mostly vertical rusted beam. When building in progress, the eye turns red from blood bleeding into it and blinks every once in a while, while all the scrap in the bit shift aside to show a dark vehicle sized hole, like the entrance of an insect burrow. a small plume of black smoke rises when building
Selection1: Sound of rusted metal bending/flaking with the sound of a small fire burning the background

Tribulation mound
Earthen mound with what looks like an irregular hamburger shaped mass made out of a twisted mass of flesh and naked human body parts sitting on top. The flesh mass has eyes. When building, the mouth of the hamburger opens to reveal big, big teeth and a red interior mouth
Selection1: haunting groan

Bolter Turret (Turret Daemon?)
Looks like the upper half of a serpentine slimy green earth worm half out of the ground with its four-way slightly open mouth (again, like earthworms) filled with little dagger teeth. Spits bolter fire
Selection1: metal bolt shells (eg bullets) rubbing against each other as they are shift around inside some fleshy organ

Minefield (Tumors in the Earth?)
Look like grey-white fatty tumors on the ground. Explodes with grey/green corrosive fluid
Selection1: irregular heartbeat

Cess Pit
Like a small lake of slimy green/brown fecal liquid. Slowly, languidly bubbles. The pool bubbles more furiously when the building is training or researching something. There is what looks like a small sandcastle at the edge of the pool. It is made of flesh. And it has teeth
Selection1: bubbling
