I have installed ROR's BFME 1 HD Patch - and I think I have installed it correctly - but there are a lot of landscape features that are still looking pretty old school.

I was wondering if there was a graphics overhaul that would generally spruce up this fine old game.  Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

I think probably the most obvious example of overhaul here is Ruudy's Battle for Middle-earth: Tactics:

Thank you very much for replying.

It appears that mod is for Battle for Middle-earth II: The Rise of the Witch-king.  I was looking for one for the first game.

Once it's placed in your BFME Directory it should be installed.

(C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Battle for Middle-earth ™)

The patch contains Unit and Hero Improvements but not any 'terrain' improvements.

But first can i ask which patch your on? Some people had terrain downgrading issues before T3A Patch 1.06, where the terrain would be rendered in low quality for the game no matter what.
