Hello, I am not able to log in with my old account information and I need some guidence.

 

So, I got a new laptop and installed Kane's Wrath & Red Alert 3 on it, also downloaded C&C: Online to play multi-player. Red Alert 3 had no problems launching and logging in, to the servers. But Kane's Wrath decided that it dosean't want to work properly.

 

When I typed in the log-in information and tried to log in I got a error "A system error occurred. Try again later. If problem persists, contact costumer support". The game changed my Online ID that I used before from "pirat3p4tch" to "piratepatch" by itself and then logged me in to the lobby.

 

I tried refiling the log-in form 2-3 times, checked for writing mistakes, but apparently I haven't made any mistakes, but nothing changed sadly.

 

Now, this wouldn't be such a huge deal, since I am able to play multi-player, but my score is reset to 0 [played a couple of games so now its a bit different tho] and I've spent a lot of time trying to reach 50% on my account that apperantly dosean't work anymore.

 

P.S. I am using the Steam versions of both games, they are hooked to the launcher. I also already have my nicknames reclaimed from Gamespy shut down [ http://forums.revora.net/topic/89837-nickname-pirat3p4tch/#entry965060 ].

You know that you should use your user name here (Pirat3Patch) as your account name (and not your email) to log into Kane's Wrath?

I don't know why the game is changing your nick name. Can you try a few more times to see. pirat3p4tch is a valid name and belongs to your account.

I am using "Pirat3Patch" as my account, same goes for the password, using the same one as before. But when I get to Online ID and type it and try to log in, it gives me the error message and changes the Online ID to "piratepatch" every single time. And there is this other weird thing I noticed. When I oppened my buddy list, all the players I added on C&C3: TW were showing up, instead of my, instead of the buddy list being blank.

You could try creating a new profile (that profile just holds your current settings) from the Main Menu then try to enter your other nick name again.

Main Menu->Manage Profiles->New Profile->Accept. Then attempt log in. You will need to renter your User Name, Password and OnlineID (nick name) and give your geographical location.

Well, it didnt work sadly, oh well. Guess i`ll keep playing with this "new" account then ^.^).
