Hello,

 

Is there any way I can run the game in windowed mode using the c&c-online launcher? I got the game on steam if that helps.

That would be easy if you were not using Steam (normally, you can add the -win parameter to the launcher shortcut target).      Steam makes things more complicated.    You will have to make a shortcut to the game from Steam and then hook (following the procedure in the Common Issues & Solutions thread).    Then you will have to add the -Win parameter to the target in that shortcut.
