I report of intentional disconnect in a game played in Zero Hour has been made against Closed (playing as LetMeWin) and the adjudicator has found the report valid.

The three clear days I gave LetMeWin to explain himself have expired but I have not heard from him, so I shall confirm this report now. As this is a first offence, I am going to ban LetMeWin from the ladder for this month. This conviction will have a considerable bearing on the penalty to be imposed for any further convictions, which may well result in a suspension for online play.
CONFIRMED, ladder banned for one month.
