Sorry, connecting from the same network is a know issue. All I can suggest that is that you ensure that there is a firewall exception for RA3 for private as well as public networks.

Me and my friend wanted to play a game in RA3, we managed to log in using Revora and CnC-Online and host a game. However in the lobby upon starting the game, we receive the error: 'Connections are in progress, or connection problem detected. Please wait for the connection to finish, or kick the player who has the connection problem. Failed connection: 1-2'
We tried all solutions on http://forums.revora...sues-solutions/
We are also on the same network (LAN).
There are some other threads with the same issue but are dated, has there been any solution yet?
