I am friend of him, we've tried to recover his account a time ago  with nothing of success .. if you can help him we both will appreciate it.

You have not set your C&C:Online password.

Edit your profile (double click your avatar and hit "Edit My Profile"). The C&C:Online password is at the bottom of the page. Add a password and then save the changes.

You can see your email address there too. It's cnz_disenointegral@hotmail.com  You don't need that to log into Kane's Wrath though.
