Kanes Wrath Win 7 Ultimate Collection.
I figured that the servers were just down but for the past few days I get the same message. "Cannot connect to backend server" when trying to log into multiplayer for the first time. I've read all the other threads dealing with this issue and nothing has worked. I made a thread a few days ago that got no reply from admin. No error log is created with this. There is nothing regarding C&C in my temp folder. Please help!

Uninstall and reinstall the launcher again. There is no way you would get that error message and not create a log if the launcher was installed correctly.

Also, you do launch the game with the C&C:Online launcher, right?

I cannot connect directly in Kanes Wrath Game.
What are the credentials?
in Kanes Wrath: EA-Account Name = Revora Name
Password = C&C:Online and T3A:Online Password
Online ID = free nickname I want to use?
(see video tutorial 4:09)
I'm sure I did all o.k., so what can I do else.
I freshly installed game from origin on windows 10.
