( Gringo ) is not a valid name (it contains spaces and nicknames need to be a single word). Necessarily, therefore, the name is not a gamespy name and we cannot help you in this forum.
You need to make a valid name without spaces (just log in with the name as your OnlineID). You do not have to claim a name here unless the name is shown as being already in use.
