[ERROR] "Unable to connect with player"

What is actually mean with this error message? That i'm use the not the same CNC Zero Hour version with the connected player? Or there is another reason..

I'm going to jack this thread for a question regarding to this; when the connection screen in ZH pops up (sending probe... etc) it sometimes fails for a single player, does this simply imply a port forwarding issue on their side of things?

It means that this player and you fail to connect. When you do connect to other players, it seems likely that it's the other guy's fault, yes.

We can't remotely fix your problem if you don't give us the information we need.

Are you using GenTool? The recommended procedure for Generals and ZH is *not* to install C&C:Online but install GenTool instead (and log in with the C&C:Online credentials of course).

 

If you are, run as administrator.

i've  read instruction to unistall the cnc online, just use gentool. this log perhaps not remove from my pc...

Are you running Zero Hour as Administrator?
