So i just buy red alert 3 through steam, and i wanted to play online with my friend, I just found your site and donwload C&C online but i have this message everytime( in the title).

Hi, please read pinned thread "Common Issues & Solutions" and "How to report issues";
Plus, since you're a Steam User, you can try "hooking", which can fix most of problems:

I have it in Orgin and i have the same problem and tryed hooking and running it as a adminstrator

If it doesn't help you, read "How to report issues" and post your own topic with your Error Log.
