I run windows 10 64 bit, and im trying to run C&C Red Alert 3. whenever i start it pulls up the red alert loading window as it normally does and then this error comes up. (it's in the attached files).
Steam is already running as an administrator, i really dont know what else to do tbh. Already tried unhooking and hooking. Whatever the problem is its probably very obvious and i cannot see it.
