since PD:RP, everyones been copying R:ROTC....

lets just hope people remember that R:ROTC IS the 4th side mod. Farther of PDs 4th side hacks.

yes thats right, R:ROTC is what PD used for developing 4th side.

such an ugly missing cameo cameo.... I'm glad i replaced it.

i´m teh 4thside roxor...i´m creator of 4th side idea...
maybe it´s true that pd only coded the stuff to enable 4thside because you were buggering him for it...

don't use those daz conversion voxels for one and two choppers and so what bobing we know already, i've made 2 4th sides omg hackzor, etc comments and besides u posted a tutorial for 4th side, u expect no one to use it?

I second rami and AG. How the hell can you think that your 4th side idea is 'copyright' or sth, and everyone are copying YOU? RP gives possibility to create it, so people want to use it!

I don't mean that your work over the 'patch-less' side is nothing, I know it was hard, but the facts are the facts! The things have changed, now everyone can have a 4th side mod!

i never said R:ROTC was the best 4th side mod, nor did i say i was the first to have the idea. all i said is that i was the 1 who did all the research into it to make it work, and R:ROTC as a result is the farther to all 4th side mods who use PDs patch, since my mod was the template.

also, i had an amstrad CPC464 back in the day, was awsome, pretty much an equal to the C64, and others...
and 3DO ruled!!! its drawback was the cost, and not enough advertising, that and panasonic letting other companies make their consoles.
look at "Need for Speed" on 3DO and PS. the 3DO PWNz all other versions of the game. same goes for road rash, except the PC version, which actually looks like someone took the 3DO version and hacked it to run on PC. other than the CDI, which was more of a VCD player, i don't think there were any other consoles that could actually play VCDs, and the 3DO combined that with gameplay to make some really interesting games, where the FMVs were actually VCD encoded videos, some games even made these interactive. wing commander 3 ruled when it came to that.

You do have alot of work and those voxels arnt too great either. But i wish you luck in future.

sounds to me like a classic case of not knowing the difference between a n00b and a newb.

newb is short of newbie, meaning someone new.
n00b is usually an insult, it is someone who thinks their way is right, don't want to learn anything, and are basicly a jerk, idiot, or pain in the backside..... sound like someone you know? i hope not...

Bob, I did the same research you did at the same time, only I had cancelled my mod before PaD started.. My Mod cou;d've server as a 4th side template just as well.. You're giving your self too much fame IMO

so you also got a semi working true 4th side without PDs patch, aswell as a almost perfectly working 4th side using 4th side emulation?

You forgot we helped EACHOTHER.. heck we even discussed it on msn and other forums from time to time.. But I had everything in the simulation working except for the unstoppable bugs (short game etc) Plus I had found the coutry thing out myself, only I hadnt gotten to AI back then, I probably would've done it without your tutorial.. esspecially since I dont even remember it..
