If it does.. yes disable it. I would first test it that it does CTD for you. If it does, then thats the final word and its disabled. Remember: AI can see the entire map so the tracking device is useless to the AI.. but to a human allied player.. its a frill.

Thudo, do you really think I'd let a version out that reliably crashes on both our machines when I know the cause? Even if it wouldn't crash with the computers of some people, I wouldn't release it that way just because it doesn't work on 'some' machines. I hate crashes and I don't play unstable mods regardless how good they might be. Who cares about the tracking device, half of the Necron abilities aren't working and they still seem to hold their own quite well.

Great ! I'd still like to see that the AI will build it's third builder (usually at T2) immediatly if it detects an allied building. Otherwise the two basic builders are very likely occupied with building own stuff at gamestart and won't help building the vital infantry building placed by humans in their base.

Are human players really doing that?!? Well, I guess it shouldn't be a big problem to add it too...

True enough.. now that we've determined the culprit but the logic behind the crash is totally illogical, yea lets disable it.

The AI sounds like its gonna become awfully "friendly" in the SS editions. We're fashioning a bloody Social Liberal here! Har har. No more Industrious Conservative "crush the common worker" champion of battlefield ownage -- now its the Age of Aquarius in 40,000 AD helping all friends out in their time of need. Awwwwww... Makes me shed a.. dagger... :D

Regardless.. all so very good to squash the xeno byatchos.
