I've updated the Fiefdom's faction page with some new banner designs for Morthond,Pinnath Gelin and Anfalas and an updated Lebennin.
Some faction pages have new header images in a style I've been playing with.

I think it's an Uruk hai cleaver , a short sword the Uruks of Saruman used in the movies .

All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king.[1]

The identity of the mystery blade will have to wait, right now I have a Gondor update.

First up is Denethor.

denethorrender.jpg
Next is the third remake of the Pelargir Marine, this time the Marine is a dual Swordsmen and Skirmisher type unit.
This unit is very versatile being the first unit as yet to have Melee and Ranged units in the same horde outside of a combo formation.
When the unit changes formation it becomes solely ranged.
But it's versatility doesn't end there it is the only unit as yet that can combine with different hordes and assumed different roles.
When combining with a Melee horde like the Gondor Soldier the Marines are ranged, and when joining a ranged horde the Marines are melee.
They can even combine into a double horde.

That is really good to see a true Denethor , very close to his movie's counterpart ! Does he get a negative leadership ?

So far so awesome! The only issue that I can see is how the hair of the riders blend a little strange with the other textures, doesn't look that natural, then again there isn't much you can do about it in this engine. Same goes with some clipping issues, but hey, that's just me nitpicking. :)
