So I tried installing Rage 2 and it didn't really work. It said that it had downloaded and installed the mod but when I start GTA IV it's all normal. I've tried re-downloading several times, I have .also launched it as an admin since an error pops up on the installer otherwise. It's on a fresh copy of GTA IV 1.0.7.0 on Steam. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.

Be sure to run the installer as administrator.
