The difference isn't the installation it's the authors and the pricing.
If EA make it and sell it it's an expansion if someone else makes it and doesn't sell it it's a mod.

The red lips look too much like lipstick to me 
, perhaps if you make some parts have more blood would maybe remove that effect. Other than that he looks great. Question though, is dat green part a cloak/armor or a part of his body? I suggest giving it another colour, it doesn't match with his brown skin.
I have to agree with Mathijs though, he doesn't look like Morgoth to me either. Try giving him some kind of cruel looking armor, right now he looks like an average monster, not a dark lord.

You have no idea how difficult it was getting it un-lipstick-like as much as it is! But you've got a point, I'll have to further refine that.
