Your user name should be your log-n name here, which is surely bikerush?
bikerushownz would do nicely as a nick name or any one of these on here bike-RUsh+ownz+

Not sure, but i think u need to put facebook username in kw
Edit : After a little research, seems some facebook sign-up didnt worked as expected and names have been shorten to work. Might be your problem
And for your password, did you edit your profile and checked this line "C&C:Online and T3A Online password" ? Wich is your in-game password for your facebook username, then use any of your saved nicknames&smurfs.

You use your user name on this site as your EA Account name in TW/KW. If you joined up with Face Book, your user name on this site will be your Face Book user name. It may be that your Face Book user name is too long. If so, you need to get a name change. I've asked if someone can help you with that. If not, you need to post in the Name Change Requests Forum and explain your problem.
