Hey folks

 

I was just wondering, Since we play most of the time as a Russian

commander in the soviet campaign I was thinking that maybe at least 1 mission we should play as a Chinese commander who controls a brown chinese army instead of the good ol' red russian one.

 

Afterall China is a major thing in the storyline of MO and until now we only fought china instead of playing as them and I dont think that diversity is a harsh word.

 

If you think about it also in the campaign you are supposed to play as a SOVIET commander and not necessarily a RUSSIAN one, Don't forget that China is also part of the soviet force so I dont see why you can't play as a soviet commander for china in 1 or 2 missions in the soviet campaign?

 

Well thats at least what I think and I hope that the MO team will give us a chance to play as China also in the singleplayer campaign and maybe control the Centurion and Yunru also

If it's the preview pic showing the industrial plant, that doesn't clarify who's perspective that is. It could be a mission to destroy the Chinese forces.

So I guess China won't get to make the Centurion Siege Crawler then. I guess that unit isn't considered canon and should be scrapped like the Irkalla.

Maybe the attacker failed and China built it anyways? Still, there's no confirmation on who's perspective that mission is in. And if we're talking about scrapping everything that isn't canon, might as well scrap whatever stolen tech units that won't appear in the campaign as well.

Indeed I saw the picture in Moddb but it doesn't say on whos perspective this mission is, I really hope its in China's perspective afterall

Eh. Eh. Eh. Instead of talking about Act Two, perhaps you could find a mission in Act One where the player controls Chinese forces? :O

You mean Epsilon mission 7: Think Different. 

 

Though it would nice to play Soviet campaign missions based on the Chinese army's perspective.
