According to your support, my old nickname has in use by somebody else. However, Toxicshadow wrote me that my nick "fana23" has been approved. When I tried to log in; first I got "The user supplied invalid password" - I believe I fix that problem. Now, I have "The specified online ID or account name is already in use". Therefore, I assume I need to claim new nick.

Newly approved nickname requests are not added to the server immediately. It will be a few days before that nickname becomes usable to you, but you can still play on the new server by creating a new nickname until then(like fana24 for example).

 

All the old accounts in our database are not accessible unless you make the request here, so don't worry, nobody stole your nickname. You only are getting that error message because your nickname hasn't been added to the server yet.

 

I also checked up on your account, and everything was added. You should be good to go as soon as your nickname get's added in the coming days.
