UPDATE: RED ALERT 3 CONNECTIVITY ISSUE FIXED
Comrades,
We have fixed the connectivity issues that popped up yesterday. Here's what you do:
1. Update the C&C:Online Launcher to 2.0.5 (updating can be done from the launcher or by visiting our website).
2. If you have configured a static Port Number in Settings -> Network or Options.ini, remove it first.
3. Get back to playing the game!
Once again, apologies for the inconvenience.

We uploaded 2.0.5. If you have 2.0.5 and press About, it says 2.0.5.
You haven't updated for a while, I suggest you do so.

What do you mean by removing the static port setting? I substitute the Gamespyaddress X.X.X.X with what u showed in the solution. Now what should I do?
Thx

That solution is no longer valid for RA3 (and the common issues thread has been updated accordingly). You should just remove the FirewallPortOverride = 16000 line again.

If I have forwarded a port in my Router, should I remove it?

No. Only remove the static port number in your RA3 settings/RA3 Options.ini.
