I noticed my previous post was replied to saying a new batch would be put in in a few days... its been more than a few days, did i do something wrong? i completely understand if youre busy or something im not mad or anything

This name is, indeed, already correctly allocated to you on the server so you should be able to use it online. You need to make a new post in the C&C:Online Support Forum.
Please read the common issues thread and the "How to report issues" pinned topics first.
