My buddy has RA3 from Steam, but when he wants to sign in for online, it says invalid password, Any ideas? He's using all the information needed from here for it as well.

Are you sure he has configured his C&C:Online password and is using that? Tell him to read the pinned topics and then post here with all the necessary information.
