NYer718 has three clear days to provide an explanation for his conduct or the report against him will be confirmed. The Kane's Wrath Fair Play staff may accept a suitably worded apology, although that is a matter for them.

Kimera didn't come to explain himself so i've confirmed the report. This first confirmed report on the new server serves as a warning towards him. We will take actions after the 3rd confirmed report, like we've always done.
