I created this account about 40 minutes ago because my old e-mail no longer exist, and because I am no longer with Videotron, I am now with Bell.

Ok I just tried my old user name and it works, but I would still like to switch to my new account because my old e-mail no longer exist.

I finally got it to work, I had to go into my profile and add my user name under GOL & C&C 3.

You totaly wrong, your nickames have to be created in-game (or put a claimed nickname)
You can change your email here
