Yes, it's perfectly possible. You will have to use the "hook" option so that you can launch the game from a shortcut that has the -mod command in the command line parameters.

Hello.
I'm not sure if anyone asked this before, but i was wondering if its possible to play mods using C&C:Online? Im pretty sure gamespy allowed us to, by logging in with your mate, as long as you have the same version.
Thanks in advance.
