Here's a small but annoying little problem... My rigger bound the new Gundabad Warg model to the warg SKL. It all looks great, except one thing - a HUGE overbite that kinda makes the warg look silly when closing mouth (bottom pic)  :evilthinkin: I made the jaw longer, and asked him to re-rig it. However the result was the same? So I'm thinking, is it possible that the lower jaw bone of the SKL is pulling the jaw back when closing mouth to such an extent that it doesn't matter if I make the jaw even longer? I can't make it too long as it would look wrong when mouth is open such as in idle anims... Dilemma  :whathuh: Ideas?

Rig it all to the head bone, and your worries fly away. Granted, it won't ever open it's jaws again, but you'll avoid that overbite.

  With this offer you wont have any animations with the jaw...

Try to contract the upper jaw, but i think it wont fix this problem. The reason is the shape of the whole jaw, it is longer than the original-warg from EA Games (and LotR).

To be honest... This could just be a nice case of EA's odd creation of animations and actually moving bones instead of simply rotating them...
Thus causing deformation... which is somewhat a thing one should always avoid :p
Not entirely sure what you could do to fix this problem, since well I can't see the skeleton and the models proportions in this image :D

The model is sculpted on the EA vanilla warg as base so propotions are very close. Both upper and lower part of mouth is longer though, so it must be a case of the jaw somehoe pulling back when closing mouth =/ Could you have a look at it RG if I send it to you?

Odd... From what i see the EA warg one is at a slightly different angle, but it really shouldnt be that much of a visible difference... Although your warg's teeth are much more apparent (large nd such), so this may be a reason why you are able to see this so cleary...

Hmm, well an interesting aspect is that when rigged to the rider mounted bone, the warg's overbite is less aparent when closing mouth. So it must be a problem with the bone pulling the jaw back. If I could rig myself I'd experiment with this. It's a bit os a shame spending so much time on a model just to see it crippled with rigging problems that makes it look more like a weasel then a warg  :flameblast:
