Red Alert 3 "installation not found"

Hello there! :)

I have tried everything the FAQ have told all users to do, but the C&C online does not found my origin version of Red Alert 3. I have tried hooking it up, checking the install path on regedit, installing GenTool even if it's not for this game, running as administrator, disabling Origin on the game, checking launcher version.

Can you guys help me please?

If you have really read the faq.. where's my log file

 

Gentool is for generals/zerohour, read carefully please..

 

you aren't much precise, look you have tried solutions but not all, i will send you read again the faq and all related thread, there is one step you probably missed or you didn't say you did it, i don't know what is 'everything'

(tips: have you disabled origin in game for this game?)

Where can he find the log file?

Your error log file. This can be found by typing %TEMP% into your Windows search bar. The file you need is called CNCOnline_Log.txt. You may upload it into your post or copy and paste its contents.

 

have he disabled origin in game for this game?

I have checked the FAQ and done everything that is written there, s2snZo. Even disabled the Origin access via the game itself for RA3. I'll search for the log file. I tried installing the GenTool to see if it could help me, but the installation itself showed me that I was wrong.

Edit: CNC log file is empty.

where is installed your games?

 

Have you antivirus?

And yes, i have antivirs and yes I have tried disabling it before using C&C online.

You are trying to play the expansion of the game, Revora is not supporting Uprising
