I have two PCs in my home connected via same router (Shared lan via Ethernet Switch).  We (me and my bro) played lot of games before gamespy closer. We can't able play together in coop or any game (1v1, 2v2, 3v3) with revora server.

I tried everyday but no luck, Always connection failed 1-2.

But we can able to play with others at the same time in a different game.

Is there anything i can do to fix this issue?

Can you try switching Windows Firewall off completely on both computers. The connection between players ought not to be routed out of the LAN so the exception for RA3 that there ought to be may not have been applied. Try having the Firewall off entirely for both the internet and LAN ("Home or work (private) networks") .

Try to forward a different port for each of your computers in your router settings.

"To know what question we may reasonably propose is in itself a strong evidence of sagacity or intelligence. For if a question be in itself incongruous and begs for uncalled-for answers, it holds, sometimes, besides embarrassing the proposer, the disadvantage to seduce the unguarded listener into giving absurd answers, and we are presented with the ridiculous spectacle of one (as the ancients said) milking the he-goat, and the other holding a sieve beneath."
