I don't have a record of any of the possible names you may have mentioned, either DeathsHerald11997,DeathsHerald or Screw off. "screw off" is not a valid name as it contains a space.
I suggest that you attempt to make which ever name you want as a new name (by logging in with it in the Online ID box). ). It will then be available to you in all supported games. I will close this topic now.
