Red Alert 3 log in does not work, please help...

Helo,

 

my english is bad, sorry for that, but i will give my best...

I can not log in online (Red Alert3). Message: can not logged in to server...

 

I do a Revora Account an sign in.

I download the launcher.

I start Red Alert 3 over the launcher.

Go Online

 

I use the E-Mail, Password and Name from the Revora Account.

But it does not work...

can not logged in to Server.

 

Something i do wrong?

Please can someone help me?

You use your C&C:Online password (in your profile here), not the password you use to log in here?   Anyway, I'll move this to the support forum.

Hi,

 

thank you for the fast answer!

i Use the Password (second) C&C:online and T3A:online Password which i create new, when i register me at revora like in the guide.

But when i start Red Alert3 with the C&C:Online Launcher Version 2.0.5, this Message is coming:

x Der Prozedureinsprungspunkt " __crtCreateSymbolicLinkW" wurde in der DLL "MSVCR110.dll" nicht gefunden.

 

 

Here i click ok and Red Alert3 is starting.

I go online and sign in with my E-Mail used in Revora, my User Name and the Password (second) T3A.... which i create new.

After view seconds i become the Message: Could not connect to backend server'

I dont think, the servers are down...

Here is the CNCOnline_Log:

Strange error, seems there is a problem with your MSVCR110.dll. Try to uninstall and install the launcher again. If that does not work download the dll form somewhere and try to put it into your installation directory and see whether it works,

Hi again,

 

it does not work  :-o :-O :-(

I Take the MSVCR110.dll from a friend and change with my .dll.

Now the MSVCR110.dll error is gone.

But when i want go online, the error : Could not connect to backend server' is coming again.

After that, i install the launcher again. The MSVCR110.dll error is gone, but the same Problem:

Could not connect to backend server' is coming again.

 

Now i create a new account on Revora and taste it again...

But the same Problem (no connection...)

 

I do the same like my friend (who gives me the .dll), he can log in and i not...

 

One differenz is, he has the game over Steam and i over Origin...

Perhaps this is the Problem?

 

Please help me, please....

EA didn't shut the servers down. Glu Mobile (the last owner of GameSpy Technologies) did :glare:

Please could you post your most recent error log, now that you've fixed your MSVCR110.dll problem. You ought, based on the first log you posted, to have been able to connect. Let's have a look at the log now, just to be sure.

OK.   That looks like your game has patched properly, so it could be a real connection problem.     Please try switching off Windows Firewall (and any other firewall you might have) completely, in case there isn't the exception for RA3 that there ought to be.

Helo again,

 

it does not work. I turn off the Firewall and the Problem is the same `Could not connect to backend server'

After restart, the Problem was gone.

 

What can i do???

 

Please help.

 

Perhaps it works, when i buy the Game over Steam? Or deinstall game GameSpy?

Do you have two installations of RA3 on your computer? I am wondering if one installation is patching properly but you are, somehow, launching from another installation. It's best if you only have one version of the game installed, if you have more than one.

Hi,

 

no, i have only one installation from the Game Red Alert3. Red Alert 3 - Uprising i have to, but its the extencion from Red Alert3.

Before the Servers where down, the game works fine...

What can i do?

At next i delete the Game complet (with registry entries), delete all entries in the Firewall from the game and install it again?

Perhaps this will help?

Or deinstall GameSpy will help?

Or buy over steam, not over Origin?

I would try uninstalling the launcher and then installing it again before you try to re-install the game.

Hi again,

 

now i have a small triumpf ;-)

I install Red Alert3 on my LapTop with Win8 and there it works fine. Can log in with the same Account and Data.

But the LapTop had no good Hardware and i can not play real with it.

Now i try to deinstall all from the Game on my favorite PC and install it again.

Perhaps it will work than there.

 

But many thanks too you for the answers and for the Servers on Revora, that all C&C-Fans can play the Game online...
