RA3, I do not have a shatabrick acct. I logged in through gamespy. I have downloaded all needed other things from c&c online. It's telling me my password is already in use.

Presumably it is telling you the name is already in use. That is because the name was reserved. I've allocated the name to you but it will take a while to activate it (see below).

This nick name will not be available on the server for a few days (until we upload the next batch). Until then you will have to make and use a new one (by logging in with it in the Online ID box), if you have not already done that.
