Every time I'm in game with people for 20 mins or more, it disconnects me and the party from the server but were still in game playing and when the game is over I have to login again, wtf?

Scheduled server restarts occur every 6 hours, orienting around CE(S)T time. Judging by your posting time, I'd say you stumbled in one of those at 6 PM CEST.
