Best Answer Zorakun, 01 February 2015 - 04:43 PM

if you do that, your MyMod.big needs to be in your my bfme 2 files folder in the %appdata% directory, is that where it is?

Hello everyone

so...I have been trying to get the -mod command to work...but I failed

I tried to put my files into a big and make the target like:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth ™ II\lotrbfme2.exe" -mod MyMod.big

tried to put quotation marks for the big like

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth ™ II\lotrbfme2.exe" -mod "MyMod.big"

tried to put the files into a folder and make the target like:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth ™ II\lotrbfme2.exe" -mod MyMod

and

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth ™ II\lotrbfme2.exe" -mod "MyMod"

even tried to move the mod to another directory...like

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Battle for Middle-earth ™ II\lotrbfme2.exe" -mod "C:\Users\Zorakun\AppData\Roaming\My Battle for Middle-earth™ II Files\MyMod"

and without quotation marks...

I hope anyone can help me out

thanks.

Where is the mod located? In the bfme2 directory or elsewhere?

I tried in the game directory and other directories...didn't work...

It should be MyMod.big if im not mistaken, if you mod is a .big file instead of a folder structure.. :p
