Taken directly from the info section in the hidden* citizen part of the forums. The citizen group is for the priveledged on the forum. They are the voice of Revora in more way than one. Some may be on the project team, some may be hostees, you are all respected, well behaved, and intelligent members of the Revora community.
That being said, act like it. Do not flame others, do not act like someone who does not deserve this status, because I guarantee you, an admin will unceremoniously dump you back into regular member status. You are supposed to be well behaved at all times, especially during your patronage by another citizen.
*Become a citizen and you can even post in it.

Even though i don't know you as well as the others here i do think that you should become a Citizen. Since you've been on the forums for quite a while now and you've reduced your spamming quite a bit (not totally )

Irrespective of what "advancement" ppl seek, I am frankly dumbfounded at the idea that behaving less badly is seen as sufficient cause to designate a more responsible position to somebody.
I had always assumed that any advancement would be meritocratic; that is, based on your contribution to the community/mods and to Revora, as well as a substantial record of "good behaviour" and even temper/language.
Given that these are modding/creative boards, it seems somehow wrong to laud those who do/produce very little when there are more deserving and productive candidates being overlooked.
This post isn't aimed at Ali or anybody specific, it is a general observation; Xeno's comment spurred me to post it though.

That is what the nomination system is for. If you feel someone is worthy of the title, you can nominate them. We admins can't find and nominate every worthy person, we need the staff and citizens to help us with that.Since you've been on the forums for quite a while now and you've reduced your spamming quite a bit (not totally )

Too cute! | Server Status: If you can read this, it's up |Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

I may not feel Ali is deserving of his citizenship due to blantant aggravation towards US people but he did set up the graphics site so i guess that counter balances it.
In the end i am fine with position, if i am nominated so be it.
I've been around since the ancient days of the guild and i have no problems with newbs taking control of moderating positions.
If anything just deal with it, have your trust for the higher order of the forums.
