Italians and Supply Trucks

It's just an idea, but, the Italians could be the second faction in the Axis tech tree, like UK is the second Allied faction...if you guys want a second Italian faction
Another idea, could the infantry transport trucks also be used as cargo/supply trucks?

1) Italy
It has been deemed that all Italian equipment during the war was crap, therfore they have nothing that can compete with the equivelence of the other sides, so Italy wont be included as a playable side (watch the campaigns though)
2) Supply trucks.
No point, supply piles are being phased out.

The more civi buildings on the map you control, or garrison, the more income you get. It's the way of stopping players from turtling. No Blitz 2 map has a supply dock and fewer and fewer are getting supply piles, while more and more are getting towns and villages. Soon the whole supply thing will be gone altogether.

Besides, with the defense structures that you guys have made, it's really hard to turtle, unless you build ALOT, which keeps you away from other things, so...turtling is ALREADY nearly impossible.
Also, you can prevent turtling by not putting supply piles anywhere near base points.

I had this crazy idea, I know, it's crazy, but I think it might be worth mentioning.
What about having the OPTION to use supply stuff? not necessarily a button on the skirmish setup screen, but perhaps having two versions of each map, one with supply piles, one without. it can't be that hard to delete supply piles and change the AI a bit.

That would just mean that people would turtle near the supplies rather than their base area.
The Blitz 2 TFH team are dead against turtling, the system we have works and wont be changed.
