the only version I ever played was one released on christmas 2 or 3 years ago (possibly V3.2 ?), it was on my old PC so I don't have it anymore but maybe some mod sites still have it :p

Plz don't, the old versions are nothing like the new D-day & were pretty crap. If you do need to play a WW2 mod go d/l Blitz for now...

Edit: you know looking at them pics makes me feel the version number should change to v3.5, with all the new stuff & redone voxels D-day atm is a lot more then what I had planed for v3.4

ok , I won't tell you :p

just look at the recent screen and compare it to the older pictures of units and you'll see they are different. just a little recolouring though, nothing too bad :)

Um, the "recolours" that Wilmet is on about is just the effects of coloured lighting on the map tinting the voxels a bit AFAIK, and not another redo...

err yer...

For all the ppl complaining about the voxel remake (that’s about all of you) I’m only redoing little bits, like the white stars on the US units (MG has been moaning at me to change them for ages), changing some of the detailing & updating normals. The most major thing I have done is remake the tracks for the Sherman (& it’s derivatives)

Im not too bothered, like i said, good things are worth waiting for.

Iv kinda gripped the fact that this mod doesnt have a release date and will be a while till its release, but seeing as your only editing them then that fine with me

In the 3 or 4 years I have been cheerleading , when have I ever complained :p
the stars did look a bit smudged on some of those tanks,so it's not a bad thing to have a little make over

btw , cool effects if the lighting on the map can influence the looks in that way , don't think I've seen that in R2 before :p
