Desperados DVF/DVM/DVD Extractor

Usage:
Drag&Drop a file (dvf,dvm or dvd) onto the corresponding application

Knows issues/bugs:
DVD Extractor only extracts the sections BGND, MASK and MSIC from the *.dvd.
DVF Extractor crashes when extracting some *.dvf files

How to extract the sprites to use them in Commandos BEL/BCD?
1) Extract the file "Level_01.dvm"
2) Rename the created file "Level_01.dvm.bmp" to "Level_01.bmp"
3) Extract the file "Level_01.dvd" (You should see the message "BMP found, reading...")
4) Now comes the tricky part:
Commandos uses 256-colors (8-bit) bmp's, the extracted bmp's are 24-bit bmp's (the MASKs are 1-bit bmp's), so you have to convert the extracted bitmaps to 256-colors bmp's!
