[Help] Zerou hour exits the game automatically

• normal version
• I start the game normally after a while automatically give up and out the game
• windows 10
• my error log file attached but it clean

First thing, do not use the launcher to launch Zero Hour. You need only to have GenTool installed. Then start your game normally.

I have to uninstall the launcher? Game start and i construct some things like energy, military base and the game simples out, like i have surrendered.

Yes, you don't need the launcher for Zero Hour. Uninstall the launcher, then install Gentool. See if you still get the autodefeat.

Ah, you mean auto defeat? Apart from not using the launcher, you probably need to reinstall your game and to do this;

A. Your game key was not correctly copied into your Windows Registry. Uninstall the game and run the installer as Administrator and in Windows XP compatibility to the point where you enter your serial key. Enter the key and click Next once. Open Windows Registry (WINKEY+R, regedit) and browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour\ergc. Modify the string value containing your serial key by adding the minus between the number sections. Finish the installation.
