Quick match is not enabled yet. You'll have to play a custom match (you can just join one from the lobby). You'll find that, in keeping with tradition, in Zero Hour most people go to the 2vs2 lobby to find a game like that.

I tried clicking through the quick match but it says could not find the matchmaker. Do you have to be invited to a game to play or be on a friends list? I have installed gentool and created an account and I am able to sign in.
