Problem with ultimate collection patch RA3

Cannot launch RA3 with ultimate collection patch installed.
With patch uninstalled, launching the game displays "Missing required file "ssleay32.dll"

Hi, you need to run the C&C:Online with administrator privileges (right click -> Run as administrator) when you've installed the patch for the Ultimate Collection.
