[STEAM] Red Alert 3 The game does not start using C&C Online

Is added -ui to the command line in the game properties of steam. Then started using STEAM and not C&C online, then everything was fine !

What version of the game are you using: STEAM
What kind of error do you get and at what time: No error, just a splash screen (small one with Red Alert 3 printed) then it close. I do not have the ingame menu. Same for C&C3 that i have on steam.
What operating system: Seven
